GROUP CLASSES

You can join one of our established group training sessions—or start your own! At CampDavid there are no dues, memberships, or commitments. Join for 5 weeks, 10 weeks or more! Your personal trainer will lead you and your group through a total body fitness workout.

Work out once twice or three times a week with a small group of 10-15 people, with a trainer to lead you through a challenging, full body weight training workout that will get your heart racing, your blood pumping, and keep your motivation levels high!

Each workout is based on scientific exercise progression and sound physiological principles. Within weeks, you’ll notice a difference in your strength, your energy, and your overall fitness level.

CampDavid group classes offers you the benefits of having your own trainer…at a fraction of the cost of private training. And perhaps best of all? It’s FUN!!

Classes will run early morning, evenings, weekends and even a mothers class after you drop the kids off to school.

At CampDavid we will be running on a 5 week block system. This means that we train for 5 weeks have a week off and then start again giving you time to rest the body and get ready to attack it again.
